The company has been set up to build a diversified retail business for the Al Aqili Group within the GCC region and the surrounding areas. This initiative will focus on bringing various retail concepts from Europe, North America and the Far East to the region offering unique and value-added merchandise that is mainstream to the Middle East consumer habits and preferences.

The Company intends to obtain master franchise or License arrangement for the Middle East region for retail concepts in Fashion (Apparel, Footwear, Lingerie, Jewelry), Home décor and furnishing, Food & Beverage, Lifestyle, Cosmetics and Sports and Leisure.
The company has already commenced roll-out of 3 retail concepts within the region – Laura Ashley Fashion, Laura Ashley Home and The Society Shop.
